Atif Haque, M.D., F.A.A.N.S., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Atif Haque joined Fort Worth Brain & Spine Institute in 2010. His practice focuses on minimally invasive and motion-preserving spine surgery, artificial disc replacement/arthroplasty, spinal fusion and herniated discs, along with numerous other brain and spine conditions.
Dr. Haque received his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from Duke University and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He completed his internship in general surgery, residency in neurosurgery, and fellowship in spine surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
Voted on by his medical peers, Dr. Haque has been consistently recognized as a “Top Doc” in Neurosurgery by Fort Worth Magazine every year from 2014 to the present; he was selected as a “Top Doctor” by 360 West Magazine in 2017 and was selected as a “Top 10 Neurological Surgeon in Texas” by Vitals.com in 2014.
Dr. Haque grew up in Vicksburg, Mississippi; however, since 2003 he and his wife have been proud to call DFW home. When he is not working, he enjoys traveling, photography and, most importantly, raising his two children.
